- Price List Statement of Work - Description Solicitation Sections SF 1449 Solicitation HSSS01-10-R-0039 HSSS01-10-R-0039 - FBO Announcement The Government intends to award a competitive IDIQ commercial firm fixed priced type contract for. 300 Winchester Magnum ammunition. Contract award is intended to be made by 31 August 2010 tentatively. Award will be made on lowest priced technically acceptable. This is for commercial supplies. The resulting contract will be for a period of five years. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332992. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Offerors shall deliver the sample ammo (250 rounds) and proposals in accordance with the instructions by no later than 09 August 2010 at 1600 hours EST. All offerors shall read the solicitation carefully for instructions on how to submit a proposal.
