- This RFP is a firm-fixed, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity, Full and Open request for proposal. The anticipated issuance of the above listed solicitation shall be on or around 11 AUG 2010 and closing on 11 SEP 2010. The Statment of Work will be posted on the DRMS Internal Web Page at http://www.drms.dla.mil/newprocurement/index/html. There is an anticipation of a single award for this procurement. The awarded contract will have an 18 month base period and 2 18 month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the contract periods. Prospective contractors and subcontractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system and have obtained a CAGE code number by closing fo the above listed solicitation to be eligible. Potential offerors can register for a CAGE code at http://www.ccr.gov/. All prospective contractors and subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State and local laws and regulations governing the handling, disposal and transportation of various types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material and comply with environmental protection laws.
