- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), Eatontown, New Jersey, is providing notification that briefing slides for the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Pre-Solicitation Event being held June 8th, 2010 have been posted to the following website: https://www.voa.va.gov/. Follow the link to "T4 Bidder's Library" in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen for the briefing slides as well as additional information regarding T4. This website is in replacement of the website previously provided at the following link: http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/tac/. The Pre-Solicitation Conference will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pollak Auditorium, Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New Jersey. Monmouth University is located at 400 Cedar Avenue, West Long Branch, NJ 07764. The doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for registration and networking. Please remember to bring a copy of the confirmation email for entry into the Pre-Solicitation Conference. The following links will provide additional information regarding Monmouth University, including directions and campus map. Currently, the Government is accepting questions and comments in regard to the DRAFT solicitation posted on May 21, 2010. The question and answer period is open through June 10, 2010. All questions shall be submitted to theT4 mailbox, T4Industryday@va.gov, and the subject line shall read "Questions in response to DRAFT T4 RFP." ***Please be advised the Vendor Portal in the DRAFT solicitation contains an error in the URL web address. The Government is taking the opportunity to notify industry within this announcement of the following correction: https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov Offeror's are required to be registered users on this Internet site in order to submit proposals; and therefore are encouraged to obtain user names and passwords or verify previously registered user names and passwords immediately.
