- Solicitation Number: W90EG501752003 The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to Polaris Sales INC for Polaris ATV Parts. The parts are being purchased to update the ATVs as needed. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because Polaris Sales INC is the original manufacturer of the ATV parts that is being required and the customer still has a valid warranty with Polaris Sales INC.
