- 9 JULY 2010 UPDATE: A Technical Library of information directly related to the requirements of the T-34/T-44/T-6 aircraft maintenance and CLS solicitation N00019-10-R-0069 is available to all potential Offerors. The library is located at http://pma273competitionlibrary.com/. The library is not yet complete and will be updated periodically. To gain access to the technical library, register directly on the PMA273 Competition Library website. Requestors will be required to provide e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses. Click the "Create new account" link. This will bring them to the user registration page, which requires them to enter their desired username and an email address to associate with that username. After they click the "Create new account" button on the registration page their account will enter the "Pending Approval" state. The user will receive an email stating that their account request has been received and is pending an administrator's approval. The account will be activated once approved and the requestor will be sent an email with logon instructions.
