- This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because it was not possible to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence. As such, a time-and-materials type action was awarded for non-commercial supplies and services (FAR 16.601(c)). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Fort Bragg awarded Eight (8) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Contracts for Solicitation Number W91247-09-R-0017, for the US Army Environmental Commands, Cultural Services Enterprise Solution: Four (4) contracts in the Western US Suite to ASM Affiliates, Incorporated, Ecological Communication Corporation, Historical Research Associates, and Incorporated MIRA Facilities Management LLC and four (4) contracts in the Eastern US Suite to New South Associates, Incorporated, Paleowest, LLC, PanAmerican Consultants, Incorporated, and the Ottery Group, Incorporated. The types of orders that are authorized for use under this IDIQ are Firm Fixed Price (preferred), Labor Hour, Time and Materials, or hybrids.
