- COMMERCIAL ITEMS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION PACKAGE The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Bulk Grass Seed. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotations (RFQ) Commercial Items format. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $7.0 Million under NAICS code 115310. The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after July 12, 2010, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in Federal Vendor Databases (CCR / ORCA) and have DUNS / FEIN (TIN) numbers at time of award. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. RFQ packages may be requested in writing by FAX to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. The Closing Date for Offers shall be July 19, 2010, local close of business.
