- This is an announcement of intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Electrical Systems Analysis, Inc. The U.S. Army Corps of engineers, Kansas City District requires (1) Easy Power Suite #3 Automated Design, Version 9.0 or latest version with the ANSI short circuit, Smart Design, power flow, arc flash, and power protector modules (includes smart duty, smart breaker, send CAD, impact motor starting, MCC & panel schedules, and scenario manager) single user, stand alone, 300 bus license, USB port key, includes first year of annual software maintenance.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. However, firms interested in submitting product information of software of equal performance and function may do so for the Governments consideration by CLICKING ON THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LINK to download submition requirements. Responses must be received no later than 27 july 2010,at 14:00 CST.
