- The Army Contracting Command Qatar contemplates award of a fixed-price commercial contract for non-personal Physical Security Analyst services at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, subject to availability of funds, using the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 15. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses and is restricted to US firms. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690 and the size standard is $7,000,000. Required contract services include the review, analysis and monitoring of the Area Support Group-Qatar (ASG-QA) physical security plan and physical security operations throughout the ASG-QA Area of Responsibility; the solicitation will provide a thorough scope of work. Proposed personnel shall be US citizens with final security clearances. Contemplated base period of performance is 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011 with 4 option years. Anticipated issue date for solicitation W912D2-10-T-0021 is on/about 15 July 2010 and offers will be due on/about 30 July 2010. The solicitation package will be posted to and available for download only at FedBizOpps; it will not be available via email or in hard copy. Award decision will be based on best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. Anticipated award date is 15 August 2010. All responsible offerors may submit proposals which will be considered by the Government.
