- Attachment 5, Past and Present Performance Form Attachment 4, Question Form Attachment 3, Pre-Proposal Meeting / Site Visit Reservation Form Attachment 2, Price Exhibit Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement Solicitation FA5270-10-R-0012 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to respond to Flood Control and Tree Trimming Services aor All Military Family Housing, Okinawa, Japan throughout DoD military family housing areas island wide. Accomplished work will ensure that trees are trimmed to remove safety hazards, rainwater runoff drainage ditch collection points are clear to ensure water flows freely to prevent water backup and potential flooding, and work accomplished after typhoon strikes is accomplished to remove fallen debris, eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensures roadways remain clear.
