- Solicitation for NSN 5945-01-223-8388 / PR 0024140146, Part #: PYLB184, Solenoid, Electrical. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The only approved source for this item is GE Aviation Systems, Cage 05624. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The Contracting Officer is Kathleen Gliebe, 804-279-6081. Subject item is non-commercial. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Delivery schedule is 99 ea, 238 days ARO, FOB Origin, and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. ABVS applies and the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. This is a letter RFP with anticipation of issuing a delivery order against the current Basic Ordering Agreement. A copy of the letter solicitation will not be available on the Defense Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date in 7 July 2010.
