- FISC - Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Maritime Industrial Division intends to procure on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 5.302, Hose Assemblies, from Hampton Rubber Company. Award will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test program for Commercial Items. The request for quote number is N00189-10-T-E023 and the NAICS classification is 326220, small business size standard is 500 employees. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes.
