Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-10-B-0022: This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 (Dam Construction). The small business size standard is $33.5 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced construction performance based contract to replace existing U-Bolts hoisting cable connections on 7 tainter gates at Beaver Dam for areas covered by the Beaver Lake Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued for a duration period of 280 days. Solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about July 22, 2010. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
