- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): CH2M/Inca, W9127N-09-D-0004-0031 Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue Task Order number 0031 using recovery act funding to contract number W9127N-09-D-0004 awarded to CH2M Hill/Inca J.V. for engineering/design services necessary to develop plans and specifications for fabrication and installation of two spillway gate hoists that are capable of raising the existing unsplit spillway gates fully out of the water during maximum flood event. In additions, the contractor shall prepare an addendum to the 2009 Bonneville Spillway Gate Hoist DAAR.
