- Support Services for JPMG The scope of this effort is to provide SETA support services for on-going engineering, technical, analytical, training, and program management support to the Joint Project Manager, Guardian (JPMG), under the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO), Chemical and Biological Defense (CBD). Support shall include assistance with program acquisition management and documentation; systems engineering; general engineering support; logistics management; installation survey; design and fielding to include training and evaluation; information management; software development; Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) certification; and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) integration, software configuration support, software maintenance lab, systems integration support, technology research, studies, surveys, process assessments, system maintenance and training support, technology refresh, and other support associated with the continuing operation and evolving mission of the JPM Guardian.
