- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91248-10-T-0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The NAICS Code is 541930 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. Description of Items Requested: This requirement is for Video telecommunication language interpretation service. Ft Campbell, KY 42223. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide language interpretation service to beneficiary population including sign language for individuals that are hearing impaired services as listed in the Statement of Work. It is contemplated that the Period of Performance will be one 12-month Base Period and (4) 12-month Option Periods. The Government intends to award to that responsible quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and other price related factors.
