- The CMO continually updates information contained on our home page located at: http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo. Here you will find information regarding the Justification and Approval (J&A) and Market Research Report/Commerciality Determination (MRR/CD) process. Just click on bullet entitled 'J&A and MRR/CD Guidance'. We have developed a handbook that provides regulatory guidance for preparing and processing these 2 documents. This handbook contains valuable information to assist you in preparing quality documents to 'avoid repeated reviews by CMO'. The Competition Advocates Shopping List (CASL) is located at https://ams8.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_casl for both Aviation and Missile commodities in the areas of Spare/Repair Parts, Maintenance & Overhaul and Major Items/Services has been updated as well. The CASL reflects projected procurements covering up to 5 out-years. We have other pertinent information that will benefit both the contracting community and redstone community. Be sure to look at information regarding our 'Awards Program'. It is not too early to submit your 'Competition Poster' entry.
