- Note: All responses to this solicitation shall be mailed to WesternArea powerAdministration, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland CO, 80539-3003. Physical Addressforhand carried Proposals: Western Area power Administration, 5555 EastCrossroadsBoulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, has a requirementfora contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment,tools,transportation, and any other resource necessary to complete this project.Thework includes, but is not limited to Craig Field Office: work includesconstruction of a maintenance field office building that is approximately3,000square feet. Building construction includes site work and utilityconnections,reinforced concrete foundations, sidewalks, and floors; pre-engineeredmetalbuilding, building insulation; steel doors and frames; windows, powerdistribution, lighting and heating; water and sewer; interior plumbing; and interior finish systems.The work is located at the Craig Field Office in Moffat County, Colorado.Theestimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.TheNAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 and the applicable size standardis$33,500,000.00. This procurement will be issued as a competitive HUBZoneSet-Aside. The solicitation, specifications and drawings, and anysubsequentamendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable fromtheinternet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed.
