Description
Exhibits 2 through 6. Exhibit 1 will be specific tract maps, when tracts are identified. Boundary Maintenance Specifications Cadastral Surveying Specifications The Chattahoochee Oconee National Forests is soliciting for performance of boundary line retracement and boundary line maintenance. The Forest anticipates awarding two or three maintenance orders and one or two retracement order before September 2010. The total of all orders is less than $250,000. A Registered Land Surveyor is required. This acquisition is advertised for full and open competition pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Firms qualified and interested in providing these surveying services are invited to submit Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire. The form is available at http://www.gsa.gov/forms in both PDF and Word formats. Firms should include information that addresses the evaluation criteria listed below. Selection shall be made through an order of preference based on demonstrated competence and qualifications that include these criteria, listed in descending order of importance: 1. Specialized experience and competence in performing federal landline maintenance and retracement surveys particularly experience in situations resulting from conflicting title or physical evidence. Give specific examples. 2. Past performance on contracts with respect to customer satisfaction, quality of work and timely compliance with performance schedules. Reference projects that are similar in scope to forest boundary survey and property line marking. 3. Qualifications of principal as a Registered Surveyor. 4. Proximity to the forest area and knowledge of the local practices, records, research. If not within a 50 mile radius of the Forest, indicate how you plan to provide services in a cost-effective manner. By close of business July 30, 2010 submit two copies of form SF-330 to the attention of Marcia O'Connor, USDA Forest Service, 1755 Cleveland Highway, Gainesville GA 30501, or submit electronically to moconnor@fs.fed.us.
