THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR FUTURE PROCUREMENT. 2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide compliance support for 27 SOCES at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), NM. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ENVIRONMENTAL services at Cannon AFB, NM to include shop hazardous waste generation (Satellite Accumulation Point) pickup and managing the 90-day Hazardous Waste Accumulation Site, which consists of monitoring and tracking of hazardous material and hazardous waste database in the AF Environmental Management Information System (EMIS), preparing hazardous materials and hazardous waste reports, industrial recycling processes, and compliance assistance visits while adhering to the Air Force policies and goals on materials and waste minimization. In addition, the contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state and local regulatory standards. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners: provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in scope; and description, dollar value and government activity (i.e., West Point, City of New York, etc.). Also include the following: A. Company/Institute Name and CAGE code. B. Mailing Address. C. Point of Contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail). D. Web site, if applicable. E. State if your company is registered under NAICS code 562112 or not. F. State whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HUB-Zone, 8(a) certified business concern, service disabled veteran owned, or etc. G. State the size of your company in terms of number of employees. H. Degree of experience in providing environmental services. I. Briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirements mentioned above and your associated technical capabilities in 5 pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less. 4.
