- The Integrated High Payoff Rocket Propulsion Technology (IHPRPT) Program will conduct a restricted attendance meeting on 10-12 August, 2010 in Washington D.C. Government representatives will provide briefings on rocket propulsion technology development efforts and plans supporting attainment of the program's science and technology goals. Information that is restricted under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Arms Export Control Act and information that is classified shall be discussed. DoD, NASA, and U.S. contractors who (1) have registered with Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC®) to receive export controlled and Distribution Statement C restricted Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) and (2) have submitted security clearances at the Secret level (with a need to know the classified information), will be permitted to attend the entire meeting. All non-Government attendees will be required to be U.S. citizens and to supply a copy of their organization's export control certification resulting from their form DD2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement (MCTDA). Depending on the final agenda accommodations may be made for sections of the meeting being unclassified for interested parties without a security clearance.
