- Sole Source Documentation This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4530138AQ01. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-42, Effective 02 July 2010, DCN 20100623, and AFAC 2010-0402, effective Apr 02, 2010. This acquistion will be solicited as a Sole Source requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. The business size standard is $7 M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J066. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7699. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for Centron Monitoring Maintenance Agreement from Rees Scientific Corporation. The requirement is as follows.... CLIN 0001: (1 each) Onsite service and 24/7 technical support for Centron Monitoring System Onsite service and 24/7 technical support for centron monitoring system. Part # val/serv b. Period of performance: Base Year - 1 OCT 2010 - 30 SEP 2011; Opt Year 1 - 1 OCT 2011 - 30 SEP 2012; Opt Year 2 - 1 OCT 2012 - 30 SEP 2013; Opt Year 3 - 1 OCT 2013 - 30 SEP 2014; Opt Year 4 - 1 OCT 2014 - 30 SEP 2015 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
