- The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for conservation of paintings for the National Museum of the Marine Corps, which will include one base year and four (1 year)option years. All items must be quoted in aggregate within the solicitation. The quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO)(www.neco.navy.mil) and the closing date for receipt of quotes will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded at a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS code 541990/$7.0M size standard. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (NECO) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFQ and amendments, if any. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address questions.
