- AG-94TZ-S-10-0039 Presolicitation notice: 7-7-2010 Issue: 7-21-2010 Quotes Due: 8-19-2010 Set Aside: Full and Open Competition R-Professional, admin, and management support services This project consists of automated self pay fee collection equipment and associated services for the Coconino National Forest under FAR Part 12, Commercial Item Acquisition, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary collection equipment and installation, maintenance, repair/replacement, signing and collection services for approximately 22 automated self-pay stations. These stations will be critical components of the Red Rock Ranger District Recreation Fee Program and will be strategically located entirely on the Sedona Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest in northern Arizona. The project includes both Coconino and Yavapai counties. The contract duration will be for a base period starting on or about October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one year options.
