- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.. NO FURTHER SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q986510A095 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423390 with a Small Business Size Standard 100 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items:1) Arctic Pipe, 4" SDR 17 HDPE w/ 12" HDPE Outer Jacket, QTY 660 linear feet.2) 4" Combo Wye Fittings in 12" Arctic Pipe, QTY 4 each.3) 4" Wye in Arctic Pipe, QTY 2 each.4) 4" Wye in Arctic Pipe, Fabricated with one leg at 30 degrees off of straight (for connection of backwash line to line shop).QTY 1 each.5) Joint kits ( Clamshell ) for 4"x12" Arctic Pipe. QTY 65 each.6) 4" 90 degree HDPE Sweep in Arctic Pipe. QTY 2 each.7) 4" 45 Degree bend in Arctic Pipe. QTY 4 each.8) 4" SDR 17 HDPE ( Uninsulated) QTY 80 linear feet.9) 4" Tees, SDR 17 HDPE ( Uninsulated). QTY 12 each.10) 4" 90 degree, SDR 17 HDPE ( Uninsulated). QTY 4 each.11) 4" x 5" Fernco Couplings. QTY 2 each.12) 4" Jim Caps. QTY 7 each.13) 4" Harco Coupling. QTY 4 each. Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B.
