- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, APG, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Rosemount Analytical, Inc., 6565 Davis Industrial Pkwy, Solon, OH 44139. The contractor shall provide 4 each process multi-method/channel analyzer (MLT 4), model Z-A-9-4-A5-F0-O7-G2-B9-B-1-F-0-A-0-V-E-0-0. 2 each Process Chemiluminescence NO/NOx Analyzer Module (CLD), model CLD-0-9-D-4-01-00-0-0. These instruments must be 100% compatible and interchangeable with existing analyzer data acquisition hardware and software. The NAICS for this requirement is 335314 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 13 July 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal or a solicitation of offers.
