- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia Site intends to procure forty-four (44) Dual Channel Naval Tactical Data System Type E Circuit Card Assemblies and one-hundred and six (106) Dual Channel Type D Circuit Card Assemblies. This hardware will be used in the assembly of the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS), Next Generation (NG-2) Launch Control Units (LCU). A Firm Fixed Priced contract is anticipated. The Government intends to solicit from only one source, Sabtech Industries, 23231 La Palma Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92887, under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Interested parties may communicate their interest and capabilities, but this notice of intent is not a request for competition. However, all proposals received within thirty (30) days after the date of publication this will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this among responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written proposals submitted to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Philadelphia Office, 5001 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112-1403, Attn: Anthony V. Ricciardi, Code 3353. The solicitation will be issued on or about 7 July 2010 and will close thirty (30) days thereafter.
