- Description
- The 316th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide Jewish worship supplies to Joint Base Andrews-NAF Washington, Maryland. This is an "unfunded" requirement; an award will be made subject to availability of funds. This action will be a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 451211 (Religious Bookstores) with the business size standard of 7.5 million. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 19 July 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of quotes. The purpose of the Government is to conduct other than full and open competitive procurement utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Any quotes submitted must be good until 30 Sept 2010.
