- Questions and Answers: Q: There are two similar part numbers for the Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet CP2025, MPN: CB495A. They are as follows; CE459A#201 and CE459A#ABA. Is the product up for bid one of these full part numbers? Also, there are two similar part numbers for the Hewlett Packard LaserJet P2055, MPN: CE459A. They are as follows; CE459A#ABA and CE459A#201. Is the product up for bid one of these full part numbers? A: The similar part numbers are the same model, thus either part numbers (#ABA or #201) will be acceptable. To clarify the requested parts are: Hewlett Packard LaserJet P2055dn, MPN: CE459A(#201/ABA), QTY: 20 EA. Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet CP2025dn, MPN: CB495A (#201/ABA), QTY: 15 EA. Q: Can you clarify if your quote is open market or GSA? A: This requirement isbeing solicited and procured under the primary authority of FAR Parts 12 And 13, not Part 8, thus open market pricing is appropriate. Q: I was thinking we were not going to bid on this as we are not an official HP reseller, although we can buy and sell them through legal channels. A: This acquisition is a brand name application restricted exclusively for registered Hewlett Packard authorized resellers.
