New Solicitation Number is SPM4A7-10-R-1365 PR No: 0025990160; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Anti-Ice Nacelle Inlet Overheat Sensor utilized on the TF39 Aircraft Engine. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. NSN: 2995-00-115-3522 OEM: Honeywell International Inc. CAGE 59364 P/N 129256-1-1 Approved Sources: Technology Development Group, Inc. CAGE 0XWR4 P/N 9903000-10 Service & Sales, Inc. CAGE 59915 P/N 129256-1-1 119 ea Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 115 days This is no longer a hubzone set-aside. This is a SBSA. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the acquisition identification description (AID): This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
