- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Owego, New York. The anticipated order will be to provide MH-60R/ALQ-210 engineering support of the Electronic Support Measures (ESM) Mission Data Load Tool (MDLT) and general Mission Data Load (MDL) engineering support. LM MS2 is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft.
