- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-038. The NAICS code is 541930; small business size standard is $7,000,000.00. Request for Proposal Number is SP470510R0020 the Defense Logistics Agency located at Fort Belvoir, VA has a requirement to procure professional translation services for the National Defense University (NDU) Conflict Records Research Center. To provide professional quality translations (Arabic to U.S. English) of written documents and provide professional quality transcription/translation (Arabic to U.S. English, in parallel corpus format) of audio and video file for the National Defense University (NDU) Conflict Records Research Center. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 18 JUL 10 TO 17 JAN 11 (6 MONTHS) AND FROM 18 JAN 2011 TO 31 JULY 2011. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR MORE DETAILS.
