- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposal for construction of a new Mental Health Training Center at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Building will be approximately 14,000 GSF. This solicitation is a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB). Offers will only be accepted from SDVOSB's. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about July 14, 2010. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the Palo Alto facility. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent in writing to joseph.mulstay@va.gov.
