- The Robley Rex VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labor, material and expert supervision needed to provide Design-Build services that will replace or retrofit the interior lighting throughout the hospital complex. The emphasis of this design-build project is significant to energy reduction, which should be accomplished through the reduction of the lighting power densities in spaces while maintaining the minimum required lighting levels in these spaces.
