- Web-Based Subscription to an Integrated Biomedical Online Database Retrieval This is a notice of intent by the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2017 17th Street Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to issue an amendment from a sole-source to full and open contract for subscription of web-based services (Internet/Web/PDA) access to a comprehensive on-line medical information service from OVID Technologies for the Medical Commands (MEDCOM) physicians at various AMEDD military treatment facilities (MTF) and research laboratories, and in deployed status. These Internet/Web-based access subscription, biomedical databases which are integrated with full-text content for the staffs at 35 military treatment facilities (MTFs) through their medical libraries and our deployed medical staff in the theatre. Access is also provided for The Office of the Surgeon General, Armed Forces Medical Library and HQ, U.S. Army Medical Command Staff. This requirement is now full and open. The NAICS code is 519130.
