- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 11,500 rentable square feet in Tukwila, WA. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 10,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable) square feet, of Class A office space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous and contain twenty-five (25) parking spaces for use by Government employees, as well as availability of public transportation and adequate parking availability within two-blocks of the offered space. The Delineated Area is in Tukwila, WA: North: South 124 th ; East: Interstate 5; South: South 160 th Street; West: Highway 509. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July, 2012. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of rental consideration and the offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via email, or fax, and should provide the site address, size, and the offered square footage. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2010. GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of GSA or their authorized representative LaBonde Land, Inc./Studley. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by broker/agent must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the ownership of the building or property.
