- Travis AFB intends to award a brand name purchase order for to Ergo Genesis Chairs for Travis AFB. This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT920173A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective 02 July 2010, DCN 20100623, and AFAC 2010-0402. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7110. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2522. Requirement Description: 0001- Ergo Genesis, LLC Product # J3507, G1: Liberty 26" base hard floor casters standard cylinder, seat-slider, 4 arm sport foam back and seat, 24-7 high density foam, air lumber, reduces pommel Qty: 20 EA 0002- Ergo Genesis, LLC G1: Liberty 26" base standard carpet casters standard cylinder seat slider, 4-arm sport foam back and seat reduced pommel Qty: 42 EA 0003- Freight 0004- Installation ****All items must be delivered, installed and invoiced by 25 Sept 2010 but no later than 30 Sept 2010**** Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
