- This notice is released to announce the Bureau of Indian Affairs intent to award a firm fixed-price contract for commercial services prepared and processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. The contractor shall furnish all services and supplies to perform the replacement of door control panels at the Adult Detention Facility in Peach Springs, Arizona, Building No. 820. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210. The Small Business Administration size standard is $13 million. Please note that this is only an announcement for upcoming solicitation. There is no solicitation packet available at this time. The anticipated release of Request for Quote (RFQ) # RMH00100078 is Thursday, July 8, 2010. Telephone requests to obtain the RFQ package will NOT be accepted. Offerors are required to attend scheduled project site visit identified in the RFQ, check for updates at the website located at www.fbo.gov for updates and to download the solicitation packet when it becomes available. Submit completed quotes to the following address: BIA, Western Regional Office, Division of Acquisition, Attention: Santiago Almaraz, 2600 N. Central Avenue, Room No. 450, Phoenix, AZ 85004-3050 by close of business, 4:30 PM (Local Time) on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.
