- FISC - Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Maritime Industrial Division intends to procure on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Low Pressure Resin Catch Tanks, Cyclone Separators with Hytrex Cartridge Filters and data from EnergySolutions, LLC. Award will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12, Commercial Items. Contractors must have as a minimum an approved SCDHEC Quality Assurance Program. The request for quote number is N00189-10-T-N080 and the NAICS classification is 332420, small business size standard is 500 employees. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes.
