- Representations and Certifications List of Items for the Red Ribbon Week NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL-INTELLIGENCY AGENCY This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NGA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order using the procedures of FAR Part 13 and Provisions of FAC 2005-41(See attached terms and conditions for further compliance). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm-fixed-price proposals for the following items are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% total small business set aside solicitation with the North American Industry Classification System Code being 323113. Requirement The intent of this effort is to provide the items needed to support the Counter Drug Office Red Ribbon Week activities. Description of Items and Quantities: See attachment 4.1 The contractor will provide one virtual sample of each of the specified items with their proposals. This will be an all or none award. Delivery: 30 days after award. Multiple Delivery Locations: 1. NGA Bethesda 2. RECEIPT OF QUOTES: All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. The closing date for receipt of quotes is July 9, 2010 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Gregory Laws, E-mail: lawsg@nga.mil. No telephone responses will be accepted. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmissions of a quote/offer after the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the Government prior to the closing date and time. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov database and in the ORCA https://orca.bpn.gov/ database prior to being issued a contract award. Submit the following information with each quote: cage Code, DUNS number, Prompt Payment Terms, Date offer expires, Line item unit price, Shipping, and Total cost. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote/offer represents the lowest price technically acceptable offer to the Government.
