- The attached PWS decribes the following clearinghouse services: The General Services Administration is seeking potential small businesses, 8(a), Hubzone, and service disabled veteran owned businesses for the following clearinghouse services: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FSC) requires the services of an electronic clearinghouse to support this product line and is seeking services. The vendor, at a minimum, shall offer services to accept and transmit electronic medical claims received from healthcare providers to the FSC in an 837 file format. The vendor, at a minimum, shall offer services to receive TIFF images from the FSC and convert those images into 837 compliant transactions and transmit the transactions to the FSC. The vendor shall perform the services of this task order at their own locations. The FSC does not expect the contractor to be needed on-site to perform the services described in the attached PWS. Travel is not anticipated for this requirement. The Government will not reimburse any travel expenses incurred by the contractor.
