- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitaiton for commercial services prepared IAW FAR Sub-art 12.6, as suppliemented with the additional information included in this notice and in Solicitation number W912L610R0002. The Solicitation and any Amendments can be downloaded and printed from the world wide web at https://acquisition.army.mil. Interesetd parties may register for automatic updates, and it is incumbent upon interesteed parties to review the website frequently for updates to the docuemnts. The OKARNG is accepting proposals for Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear and Explosive Pre-Incident and Response Training Services as set forth in Solicitation number W912L610R0002. All questions regarding hte solicitation must be submuitted on or before 4:00PM CST on June 29, 2010, in writing (to include fax or e-mail) to Mrs. Sarah Lane at 405-606-7983 (fax) or sarah.lane@us.army.mil. Questions may not e submitted to any other Government representative prior to award. Questions will be posted together with answers in the form of an amendment to the Solicitaiton on or around 5:00PM CST July 1, 2010. Proposals are due by noon CST July 8, 2010 by mail. Refer to the Solicitation for additional information on proposal requirements.
