- RFQ # PC-10-Q-SV07 2010 Recruitment Catalog SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PC-10-Q-SV07 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-26. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 323110 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is set-aside for small business vendors only. Vendors must be Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. This is a sheet-fed job; a web press is unacceptable for this job.
