Description

The work will consist of the following: Penstock discharge scour protection stilling basin to include divider walls, right and left training walls to elevation 1366 and include all anchors in the stilling basin, baffles and end sill; all mechanical and electrical work; complete placement of concrete on the existing thrust blocks to elevation 1387; temporary road built to elevation 1387 for access to Pylon 2; complete construction of the concrete plug in the gallery at M-14; and dewatering the glory hole. This construction contract will consist of a base contract with 6 options. The cost range of this project is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. Delivery shall be completed within 1,460 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. The date for a site-visit and pre-bid conference will be provided in the solicitation. This procurement is open to all businesses regardless of size. Solicitation documents will be available July 9, 2010 and can be downloaded at https://www.fbo.gov/. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
