- Notice of Contract Action for a Sole Source Procurement SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR Full Service Agreement for RC1 System and Full Service Agreement for Lasentec D Series Systems. DESC: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH The Human Capital Institute. The Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to AutoChem, Inc. 7075 Samuel Morse Drive, Columbia, MD 21046. The Sole Source purchase will be for a Full Service Agreement for RC1 System and Full Service Agreement for Lasentec D Series Systems. Specification for RC1 System Service Agreement Full service agreement for RC1 System: on-site service with unlimited remedial calls including parts, labor, travel, and single preventative maintenance visit. Serial number 5127507927. Period of Coverage: 4/26/10 through 4/25/11. Part # N-0025-4RC1-E-FS. Specification for Lasentec D Series System Service Agreement Full service agreement for Lasentec D Series Systems. On-site service with unlimited remedial calls including parts, labor, travel, and single preventative maintenance visit. For serial number 1713. Period of Coverage: 4/26/10 through 4/25/11. Part Number: N-00257DLAS-FS. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet ALL the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the above services. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement to open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Air Force. If the office has not received any affirmative written responses by 1:00 PM, Pacific Time, 29 June 2010, a Sole Source purchase order will be pursued with AutoChem, Inc. 7075 Samuel Morse Drive, Columbia, MD 21046.
