- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns under NAICS Code 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. The USACE, Engineer Research & Development Center, Geotechnical and Structures Lab (GSL) has a need for the following: Specifications: -HSS 7 x 7 x 40 long with grade/strength of FY = 46ksi Quantity of 6 -L 6 x 6 x 1 Cut at 6 long with grade/strength of FY = 36 ksi Quantity of 12 -A 307 Bolts with washers 9 long with a diameter of 1.5 Quantity of 116 (116 bolts and 116 washers) -ASTM A563 Grade A nuts with washers Quantity of 116 (116 nuts and 116 washers) -L 8 x 4 x 14 long with grade/strength of FY = 36 ksi Quantity of 4 -W12x79 (saw cut flange) Flange out Beam W12x79 *One flange saw cut* Rolled easy way Arc length of 155.75 rolled to an inner radius of 75(3/16) Quantity of 4 - Steel Plate/Flat bar 12.5 x 6.5 with grade/strength of FY = 36 ksi Quantity of 8 -2 Steel Plate 120 x 62.25 (arc length) with grade/strength of FY = 50 ksi Rolled to an outer radius of 75(3/16) Quantity of 9 -1 A36 Steel Plate 120 x 62.25 (arc length) with grade/strength of FY = 36 ksi Rolled to an outer radius of 75(3/16) Quantity of 6 The project Location is Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, USA. Technical POC is Bradley Foust, 601-634-3916. Delivery date is not later than 13 July 2010. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
