- The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), TACOM Contracting Center (TCC) intends to award a sole source contract modification to JCB Inc. for Interim Contractor Logistic Support (ILSC) of the High Mobility Engineer Excavator Type I (HMEE-I), adding requirements for the procurement of parts in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A009. Changes will include the incorporation of the Interim Contractor Support (ICS) Priced All Other Parts List. A modification will be issued to the existing production contract with JCB Inc. JCB Inc. is uniquely qualified to fulfill the contract requirements because it is the original manufacturer of the equipment and holds all technical data rights to the vehicles. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Point of Contact regarding this action is Elizabeth A.
