- This contract is for the reclamation of the Matt Anderson Landslide emergency project located in Williamsburg, Whitley County, KY. The work consists of providing all equipment, labor, materials, and services, unless otherwise specified, to install field lines, gutter drain lines, regrade yard area, and vegetate disturbed areas. A PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON 06/29/2010 @ 11:00 AM. ATTENDANCE AT THE PREBID CONFERENCE AND BID OPENING ARE MANDATORY AS ANNOUNCED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT: The Pilot Gas Station, Exit 11 off I-75 in Williamsburg, Whitley County, KY. Bids will be opened on-site following the prebid conference - time will be announced by the Contracting Officer. Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
