- Solicitation Number W81XWH-10-T-0345 will be issued on or about 1 July 2010 and proposals will be due on or about 8 July 2010 @ 4:00 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire Histological and Immunohistrochemical Staining. The Performance Work Statement will be in the proposal. This service will be for Walter Reed Institute of Research located in Silver Springs, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541711 this will be Small Business set side procurement. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 1 July 2010 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov.
