- This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price contract for wire caging to be delivered and installed at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) 3556 North Michigan Road, Shelbyville, Indiana 46176-9414. No drawings are available for this project; all vendors must attend a scheduled on-site visit, on 7 July 2010, 10:00 AM to obtain their own accurate measurements. This will be the only time available for a Site Visit. All items need to be delivered and installed within 30 days of contract award. Proposals will be submitted at the Contracting Officers address via email. The solicitation will be posted electronically and may be viewed at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. All vendors must contact CW4 (RET) Wayne Morgan at (317) 392-8238 or wayne.h.morgan@us.army.mil to coordinate their participation in the Site Visit. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. All potential offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ All firms must identify the status of their firm as a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, emerging small business, 8(a) business, woman owned business, or veteran owned business.
